STC is situated in the suburbs of Lille the capital of the Nord Region of France, 100 km from Brussels, 200 km from Paris, 300 km from London and 300 km from Cologne. The Lille conurbation has one million inhabitants and four million live in the region. It is linked by Eurostar, TGV and air to the principal cities in Europe.
STC was founded in 1947 by Marcel Dhalluin. It is now managed by four Expert Comptables (Valérie Boudoul-Schattement, Séverine de Surmont, Henri Delezenne and Marc Windal) and has a staff of 50 people.
Their clients are individual businesses, associations and companies, some of which are the branches or subsidiaries of foreign companies. As the practice is situated close to the frontier, a significant number of our clients work is abroad.
Our clients' activities are varied. They represent the commercial sector, research, electronics, heavy industry, the printing industry, the construction industry, international sales, insurance and many other activities.
Our practice offers a full service to the subsidiaries of foreign companies (provisional accounts, obtaining finance, audit of the accounts, payroll and the completion of social charges declarations, fiscal consultations, etc).
If necessary, the practice works in conjunction with specialists, such as notaries, lawyers, estate agents, insurance brokers and employment agencies.
The company works closely with the Chamber of Commerce of Lille, local authorities and national organisations.
