McCabe Ford Williams was established over 70 years ago and has six offices located through Kent, which initially served clients in South East England and in London. The effective use of computer technology now enables the provision of a cost effective service to a growing client base in other parts of the UK and in mainland Europe.
The partnership now employs over 150 professional staff, including 17 partners who are qualified Chartered or Certified Accountants. The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants are the UK’s most prominent accountancy bodies.
The firm is registered to carry on audit work by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority for investment business.
The County of Kent contains the UK’s main port links to Europe, with the Channel Tunnel providing easy access to the motorway network. Eurostar trains now provide direct travel between Ebbsfleet and Ashford International Stations and Paris, Lille or Brussels.
The Ashford office is located within one mile of the Ashford International Rail Station, and the Ebbsfleet International Rail Station is convenient for both the Maidstone and Sittingbourne offices.
The Dover office is within one mile of the busy port of Dover, providing ferry links to France and mainland Europe.
The firm’s other offices are located at Cranbrook, serving central Kent, and Herne Bay serving the north Kent coast.
