Having worked together in practice for many years, in 1990 Ray Kilty and Jim Hanlon formed Hanlon Kilty & Co in order to provide financial services to a wide range of discerning clients.
Operating in Donnybrook, Dublin 4, the services are varied from audit, accounts preparation, company secretarial, corporate taxes, insolvency, corporate finance, consultancy right through to the humble personal tax return.
The variety of clients include engineering, architectural, legal and medical professional services, equity and property investment companies, a credit union, trusts and estates, stud and general farming, import and distribution, a national sports body, motor, building and allied trades and retail outlets.
The staff training has yielded the highest level of achievement of all candidates successful graduating in both the Chartered and Certified bodies crowned by national prize winning places in both taxation and auditing examinations.
Ray is a past Chairman of the Leinster Society of Chartered Accountants and has a particular interest in taxation. He is currently Chairman of the TALC (Tax Agents Liaison Committee) Sub Committee on Collection Issues and is a member of the Taxation Committee –South of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
Jim has served as an officer on the board of an Irish national charity and of a sporting body. He has a special interest in auditing, insolvency and consultancy.
